iMethods is currently seeking an Information Services Senior Construction Project Manager for a health system in the Indianapolis, IN area. This is a full-time position and will require candidates either live in/or relocate for this position.


  • The Information Services Senior Construction Project Manager may be assigned project(s) to manage directly or may be the lead Project Manager to guide, delegate, and mentor Project Manager(s) and/or Project Manager Associate(s).
  • While this role is within the Informatics and Information Services Department, the technology scope managed will be heavily engrained in the overall design and construction of the new medical campus and its buildings.
  • As such, experience working on complex design and construction and/or within large healthcare organizations is desirable and applicants with Construction Management, Facilities/Property Management, Engineering/Design, and/or Information Technology project management or similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • The Senior Construction Project Manager position leads strategic system projects ranging from moderately to highly complex which typically encompass multiple applications and business areas to successful and timely completion of the project(s) scope within budget.
  • This role will serve as a liaison between Informatics and Information Services and the Design and Construction individuals/team working alongside the AAHC Operations Team and others.
  • Provides administrative decision making, leadership and planning for business and clinical projects.
  • Provides day-to-day coordination, communications, issue/resolution, and financial management related to the specific projects.
  • Oversees resources assigned to the project and must be familiar with the project goals, scope, and objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
  • Facilitates current and future state business processes, requirements, elicitation, solutions and development and test management.


  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Project and/or Program Management experience, preferably in the healthcare setting.
  • Previous commercial construction experience including managing new construction, facilities management, renovations, and project design.
  • Previous experience working with enterprise PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) tools.
  • Strong working skills with MS Office tools such as MS 365 Office Suite, MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vizio etc. is required.
  • Previous experience with contractor and vendor management.
  • Possess fundamental understanding of project accounting and financial management.
  • Strong understanding of the Information Management principles, IT processes, SDLC, architecture and technologies adopted by the organization.
  • Must have proven experience in solution scoping, business case development and creation of TCO models is required.
