Eligibility for our low-cost medical, dental and vision insurance starts on the first of the month after your hire date.

Liability and Workers Comp
iMethods employees are covered under our professional liability, general liability and workers compensation insurance policies. Employees enjoy W-2 status, meaning that iMethods is responsible for all related taxes, payroll expenses and deductions associated with your employment.
iMethods offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan that allows employees to make contributions from their paycheck on a pre-tax basis. Eligibility for this plan starts after six months of employment, at which time you are automatically enrolled. We have a private investment counselor available to assist you in managing your funds.
Employees and consultants who travel receive tax-exempt reimbursements. iMethods reimburses all expenses related to your travel and housing costs while on an engagement away from home.
