Liability and Workers Comp
iMethods employees are covered under our professional liability, general liability, and workers compensation insurance policies. Employees enjoy W-2 status, meaning that iMethods is responsible for all related taxes, payroll expenses and deductions associated with your employment.
iMethods offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan that allows employees to make contributions from their paycheck on a pre-tax basis. Eligibility for this plan starts after 6 months of employment, at which time you are automatically enrolled. We have a private investment counselor available to assist you in managing your funds.
Employees and consultants who travel receive tax-exempt reimbursements. iMethods reimburses all expenses related to your travel and housing costs while on an engagement away from home.
