iMethods is seeking a Salesforce Administrator. As a member of our clients Consumer Experience group. The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for maintaining and building customizations of the Salesforce platform in support of 200 end users of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. He/She will work extensively within Salesforce and connected applications — including DemandTools, Conga Composer, DocuSign, and Salesforce CPQ. He/She will partner with other departments to provide operational support for order processing and fulfillment, case management, and data maintenance, among other day-to-day business processes and one-time improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Business Analysts and Implementation partners to understand business requirements and implement solutions using Salesforce configuration capabilities
  • Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups
  • Maintain existing and build new validation rules, workflows, processes, email templates, and other configurable attributes of the CRM implementation
  • Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management
  • Build custom reports & dashboards
  • Provide tier 1 support – Serve as first line of defense for all inbound questions or requests, including troubleshooting potential bugs and supporting end users' learning of the tool and processes
  • Support with data governance and data management per assigned rules and best practices to ensure the accuracy of the data in the CRM, including:
  • ETL processes to merge and migrate data from external sources into Salesforce
  • assignment of accounts & territories per management direction
  • set-up of new products
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes through use of Salesforce
  • Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected users
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator or other certifications are a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning is required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, marketing or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products is required, with significant emphasis on advanced Excel capabilities
  • Proficiency with SQL a plus
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to work in a highly collaborative, creative, and challenging environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from external/internal customers in a professional manner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work with maximum flexibility and independence
  • Experience working in a Health provider setting or Health Care industry is desirable
