Chris Mikaya is a conscientious, detail-oriented financial analyst who strives to provide relentless support for his team, candidates, and clients’ needs. He has a passion to serve and believes in always doing the right thing. Chris joined the iMethods family as a Healthcare IT Recruiter and transitioned to the operational side of house after a few months – now he supports the company financials and his heart lies in advancing processes, technologies, and data analytics.
One of the many things he loves about working for iMethods is the beautiful blend of work/life, he feels there is no separation between the two, which is a rare find. He appreciates everything about the culture and the leadership style of honing in to everyone’s strengths and finding ways to challenge each individual to be better in as many avenues as possible.
Chris Mikaya spent most of his life in New Jersey and studied Business Administration at Montclair State University. After graduating, Chris desired a change of pace and ventured down to the sunshine state. Outside of work, Chris is an audio guru and spends his time producing, mixing, or sound designing. He enjoys the outdoors, working out, and has a special place in his heart for food. Chris has lived in Jacksonville for just a couple of years and is still adjusting to the change of pace and “cold” winters. He has replaced weekends hiking in the mountains with spending time by the ocean.
