A Day In The Life
Director of Business Development
Our team is comprised of individuals working across the country, all dedicated to improving the lives of the consultants, customers and communities we serve. Our Directors of Business Development are on the front lines, engaging with clients to learn about their healthcare IT challenges and help them develop programs that address those challenges head-on. By building long-term relationships and serving as the go-to partner for HIT resources, iMethods can deliver outcomes that make a real difference for our clients and their patients.
What Does The Day-To-Day Look Like?
Your drive to build new relationships will be key to your success as a Director of Business Development. Developing new lines of communication with potential customers, you will be responsible for introducing our company and its service offerings, focusing on those differentiators that make iMethods special. After conducting extensive research to understand pain points and opportunities, you will then lead presentations, facilitate negotiations and manage complex decision-making processes to secure business.
For those looking for career advancement, our internal development programs are designed to support each team member’s unique journey. From our Dream Manager program to entertaining team outings, from our lunch-n-learn series (on a variety of personal and professional growth topics) to attendance at industry-leading events, we make a concerted effort to provide the necessary tools to help you achieve your goals. At iMethods, we take pride in building a culture that supports our team, whatever the role.
Additionally, we promote healthy lifestyles and work-life balance as part of our culture. We embrace the BlueZone concepts of healthy living and provide support and opportunities for our team to find ways to de-stress, eat more healthfully and expand opportunities for physical activity.
