Job Title: ATE Support Department: Information Technology Summary: The ATE support analsts are responsible for providing training and support to physicians on the use of Cerner provider solutions, including PowerChart, workflow, documentation, and end user experience. The Trainer will also be responsible for responding to issues, reporting, and managing change control for these solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide training to physicians on the use of Cerner provider solutions, including PowerChart, workflow, documentation, and end user experience.
Respond to issues and requests for assistance from physicians related to Cerner provider solutions.
Generate reports on the usage and performance of Cerner provider solutions.
Manage change control for Cerner provider solutions.
Work with other IT staff to ensure that Cerner provider solutions meet the needs of physicians and other healthcare providers.
Meet service levels for training, support, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in training and supporting physicians on the use of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Strong knowledge of Cerner provider solutions, including PowerChart, workflow, documentation, and end user experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
