Melissa Evans is an Account Executive with iMethods. Her passion is to collaborate with healthcare providers and help solve complex issues.
Melissa worked on the payer and provider side of Healthcare IT implementing, migrating and supporting EMRs, and clinical and revenue cycle applications for over 20 years. She managed and directed IT support teams across acute, ambulatory and payer systems. She has been a long-time member of HIMSS and presented at vendor conferences demonstrating successful implementations and data conversions. Melissa received her Bachelor of Science degree in information systems from the University of Texas at Arlington and Master of Business Administration with a focus on technology and engineering from Dallas Baptist University.
Melissa is married to her high school sweetheart, Aric, and has two children, Kelli and Caleb. She lives in Texas and spends most of her weekends at the ballfield attending baseball games. Her family loves to travel and takes a trip to the beach at least once a year. Melissa and her husband have recently started sailing and scuba diving.
