Before joining iMethods, Kylie accumulated nearly three years of invaluable experience in the food and beverage industry. She graduated with honors, Magna Cum Laude, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida.
Despite starting her professional journey without prior HR experience, she has since earned both the Professional Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credentials. Moreover, she proudly carries the title of certified Dream Manager, showcasing the depth of her commitment to helping others achieve their personal and professional aspirations.
For Kylie, the most rewarding aspect of her role is the opportunity to collaborate with people!
