Julissa joins our team as a Recruiting Coordinator and works alongside our Healthcare IT Recruiters and Account Executives. She is excited to support our teams by conducting reference checks, dubbing resumes and sourcing qualified candidates and is look forward to learning and growing with the company!
Prior to joining iMethods, Julissa dedicated 10 years to the customer service industry and five years in store management. Through her managerial experience, Julissa found her true passion in recruiting the right people and placing them in the best-fitting roles. She is continuing her education at Florida State Community College and pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Julissa hopes to learn all she can in her Recruiting Coordinator role with aspirations to be a HIT Recruiter.
Outside of work, Julissa is a self-proclaimed foodie. You can find her trying new restaurants in and out of the city! (Feel free to drop recommendations for her list) Speaking of food, 9 times out of 10 you can find her in the kitchen trying a new recipe she saw online or from the cooking channel! Julissa is also a big advocate for mental health. To decompress, she takes kickboxing classes multiple times a week after work and goes on long runs with her dog Wally.
