Jessica Smith is The Director of Talent Acquisition for iMethods. She is responsible for providing strategic and tactical direction to the organization on all things related to the talent acquisition of the internal iMethods team. She helps to support the company’s growth by managing and carrying out various functions focused on helping the organization attract the best candidates for current and future positions.
The accomplishment she is most proud of with iMethods is the opportunity she has to oversee Hire Purpose Foundation, iMethods non-profit foundation. HPF is a faith-based non-profit that was founded by iMethods in 2019 after 15 years of supporting communities through their Mercy Ministry program. The company was founded on the core values of serving its employees, clients, consultants and communities.
Jessica Smith is married to her college sweetheart and the mom to two spunky little girls. Her passion is the Word of God and sharing Christ to others through her own testimony.
