Don serves as the Vice President of Client Success at iMethods, where he supports the Central and West teams building strong client partnerships and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction. He is dedicated to driving mutual success by helping clients achieve their goals and positively impacting business outcomes.
Before joining iMethods, Don spent nine years at Appian, where he worked with clients to solve complex business challenges and improve operational processes. His experience in driving client success and delivering impactful solutions is a cornerstone of his leadership approach at iMethods.
Don currently resides in Melissa, TX, where he has raised his son for the last 16 years. In his spare time, Don enjoys pickleball, playing the drums and guitar, and taking long walks with his dogs.
