Carrie Nemeth is a seasoned and certified professional with over 12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources. Her background includes HR at small to mid-size businesses as well as HR management at a Fortune 500 company. Carrie earned her PHR (Professional Human Resources) certification in 2009, and she is an active national member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Her experience in HR is well rounded, but her passion lies in employee relations. Carrie is a true employee advocate, and she believes in engaging, encouraging and developing employees to help them reach their full potential both personally and professionally.
Joining the iMethods family was an easy decision for Carrie. The company culture and core values spoke directly to her when she was exploring her next career move. Carrie defines herself as a servant leader, so the importance and value that iMethods places on their employees and community was naturally a perfect fit! Her passion for people and community are completely satisfied here, and Carrie feels like she has found her “home” at iMethods.
Carrie Nemeth is a proud graduate of the University of Florida where she earned her BS in Psychology. She is a die-hard Gator football fan, but somehow found herself in a “house divided” married to her husband Jay, a devout Georgia Bulldog. Outside of work Carrie enjoys spending time with her family, breathing in the salt air at the Jacksonville beaches, and cooking….with wine!
