As an iMethods Account Executive, Brett addresses clients’ clinical and technical needs by partnering with iMethods recruiters to find the best resources and cultural fit for each healthcare staffing placement. He enjoys researching each individual client’s pain points and understanding their strategic plans to pair them with accomplished candidates – creating a solution that fits everyone’s best interest.
Brett’s career includes over 20 years in the healthcare field, serving in both the clinical and IT setting. Prior to joining iMethods, Brett was a Client Services Success Partner at Oracle Health for fifteen years where he supported multiple health systems, working with hospital IT staff to ensure operationally flawless client experiences. He’s also worked as a licensed exercise physiologist at a cardiology practice. Brett graduated with an undergraduate biology degree from Simpson College and earned his Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Kansas.
Outside of impacting healthcare delivery for clients, Brett enjoys staying physically active on the basketball court and in the gym, serving as an elder at church and spending time with his friends and family. He lives in Shawnee, KS (Greater Kansas City Metro suburb) with his wife Bobbie, their three very busy children - Colton, Carter and Rowen. They have a dog Quincy and two cats, Samson and Oliver. While Brett’s hung up his youth baseball coaching jersey, one of his favorite pastimes remains watching his kids fulfill their passions across several different sports and activities.
