Addi joined iMethods as a Healthcare IT Recruiter, bringing a relationship-driven and thoughtful approach with a strong focus on connecting the right people to the right opportunities. In her current role as Assistant Recruiting Manager, she mentors and supports her team, collaborates with teams across iMethods and helps drive continued growth in both efficiency and performance. She’s passionate about developing others, fostering meaningful connections and creating a positive experience for both candidates and recruiters while consistently delivering results for clients.
Before joining iMethods, Addi earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Covenant College on Lookout Mountain, Georgia. After graduation, she explored recruiting across a variety of industries before ultimately finding her niche in Healthcare IT. Outside of work, Addi is most likely outdoors—gardening, running, or enjoying a picnic with her family. She also loves baking (and taste-testing) homemade bread, ideally with a generous spread of Nutella.
