Executive Vice President of Healthcare Solutions
As Executive Vice President of Healthcare Solutions, you will partner with executive leadership, sales, account management, recruiting, delivery and marketing to build and scale iMethods’ solutions and managed services business.
You will work with current and prospective clients to identify needs that iMethods has historically addressed through high-quality staffing and expand those relationships into broader consulting, project-based and managed services solutions.
The ideal candidate will be accountable for ensuring iMethods solutions are consistently executed, clearly structured and operationally scalable across engagements, while laying a strong foundation for future transformation and innovation.
This role requires deep healthcare IT services experience, a strong understanding of the Epic ecosystem, strategic selling capability, delivery credibility and the. ability to build a scalable organization capable of repeatable growth.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Build and Scale the Solutions Engine
- Build a scalable solutions and managed services organization that complements and expands the firm’s staffing foundation
- Own the development, packaging and execution of iMethods’ core consulting practices, including AI/Ambient (Epic-focused), Implementations, Managed Services (Upgrades/Refuels, Community Connect, Emerging Leaders), Revenue Cycle and Strategy & Advisory (Epic Road Maps, Honor Roll and Gold Star Program).
- Prioritize and scale a Revenue Cycle Center of Excellence, combining advisory, optimization and performance improvement offerings with clear ROI tied to cash acceleration and cost reduction
- Create repeatable offerings with clear scope, pricing, delivery models, staffing models, governance structures and client outcomes and ensure they are consistently executed across clients through defined delivery phases, outputs and expectations
- Define and implement consistent execution standards across solutions engagements, including delivery structure, communication cadence, roles and responsibilities, adoption and engagement governance
- Develop and scale managed services and optimization offerings, including Epic application support, upgrades, refuels, Community Connect programs, Emerging Leaders (junior analyst) models, and Epic Road Maps, Honor Roll and Gold Star Programs
- Identify, prioritize and incubate adjacent capabilities that extend the solutions platform, including Epic-aligned training models, selective platform expansion (e.g., ServiceNow), and flexible workforce models such as contract-to-hire
Ensure Execution Quality and Consistency
- Provide oversight for strategic engagements and ensure solutions are both sellable and deliverable, with clear scope boundaries, governance, risk management, delivery accountability and measurable outcomes
Support Growth and Sales Enablement
- Convert existing staffing relationships into broader advisory, project based and managed services opportunities
- Partner with Regional VP’s, Account Executives and sales leadership to identify, qualify, shape, pursue and close solutions opportunities
- Maintain executive relationships with CIOs, CMIOs, CNIOs, CFOs, revenue cycle leaders, clinical operations leaders, application leaders and other health system decision makers
- Support proposal development, solution design, pricing strategy, oral presentations and executive-level client meetings
- Represent iMethods at conferences, client meetings, executive briefings and thought leadership opportunities
Managing Performance and Economics
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for the Healthcare Solutions business, including annual and multi-year business planning across offerings, hiring, sales targets, delivery capacity, investment requirements and profitability expectations
- Monitor revenue, gross margin, utilization, client satisfaction, renewals, expansion and delivery performance across the solutions business
- Build, mentor and lead a Healthcare Solutions team capable of selling, delivering and expanding complex healthcare IT engagement

Required Education and Work Experience:
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
- Advanced degree strongly preferred (MBA, MHA, MS in Information Systems or similar), particularly with a focus on operations, strategy or organizational leadership
- Additional certifications or formal training in areas such as process improvement, operational excellence or program leadership (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, Agile) are a plus
Experience and Background
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within consulting, healthcare IT or complex series organizations, with a strong emphasis on delivery transformation, operational excellence or large-scale program leadership
- Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level delivery models, operating frameworks or transforming initiatives that drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality and profitability
Preferred
- Background in transformation, innovation or emerging technologies )e.g., AI, digital) through education and/or experience
