Director of Sales Operation and Enablement


The Director of Sales and Operation Enablement will be crucial in aligning sales strategies with operational capabilities to ensure seamless service delivery and business growth. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales enablement strategies, optimizing operational processes and leading a high-performing team to achieve our business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company revenue goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, resulting in successful sales messaging alignment, sales tools integration and increased operational efficiency
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the healthcare IT sector
  • Oversee the optimization of operational processes to ensure efficiency, usability and scalability
  • Implement best practices for project management, resource allocation and service delivery
  • Continuously assess and improve operational workflows to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Effectively use data analytics and performance metrics to drive high-performing sales and operations teams
  • Leverage technology to drive insights and create actionable results for sales and operations teams
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the team
  • Provide regular performance feedback and support professional growth
  • Ensure client needs are met with high-quality, timely solutions
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges promptly to maintain client satisfaction
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for enhancement
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team on sales and operational performance
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., HR, IT, Finance) to ensure alignment and support for sales and operational initiatives

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational efficiencies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and implementation

Required Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and operations roles, with at least five years in a senior leadership position, preferably in the healthcare IT staffing industry
