● OUR STORY
Chad Perce and Clint Drawdy founded the company, focused on healthcare consulting, in a tiny Jacksonville office (that often flooded) with a simple belief: meaningful work, building an incredible culture based on genuine core values and honest relationships they believed they could make a significant impact in healthcare.
When clients began asking for IT recruiting, Chad and Clint listened. iMethods was born, opening the door to what came next.
iMethods moved into the RS&H Building and turned its new space into something distinctly iMethods with its first custom-branded buildout. A new chapter, a new home and a sign that the little company was growing up.
Record growth earned iMethods its sixth Inc. 500/5000 recognition and helped shape the company’s next chapter. As iMethods expanded its healthcare IT consulting services, it landed its first major HIT project: supporting Flagler Hospital through its Big-Bang Allscripts Go-Live.
iMethods partnered with Sarasota Memorial to launch its first Healthcare Education Summit event, bringing healthcare IT leaders together to learn, connect and share what they knew.
iMethods bought its first building and transformed it from the ground up. The result was more than a new home. It was named one of Jacksonville’s “Coolest Offices.”
As iMethods grew, so did the importance of keeping the culture that made us who we are at the center of it all. The Fun Committee and our Dream Manager Program were born to make sure celebrating our people, creating connections and having a little fun never got lost in the growth.
iMethods embraced a bold new identity, rebranding from blue to orange as its signature color and stepping confidently into its identity as an interpersonal Healthcare IT Consulting and Staffing firm.
After seven Summits in Florida, the Healthcare Education Summit hit the road for the first time, heading to University of Kentucky HealthCare for a deeper dive into healthcare IT, local history and education, with a little bourbon, horses and plenty of new connections along the way.
What started as a small way for the iMethods team to give back through grassroots fundraisers for our local community grew into something bigger. Mercy Ministry became the Hire Purpose Foundation, a 501(c)(3) formalizing our commitment to giving back and making meaningful impact part of the iMethods story.
When the world went virtual, iMethods got creative. The first Consultant Extravaganza brought consultants together nationwide for a virtual Island Club experience packed with networking, learning and plenty of fun, complete with a surprise performance from Junior Marvin of The Whalers (Bob Marley’s band). It was the start of a new tradition of creative virtual experiences built to keep our consultants connected, engaged and part of the iMethods family, no matter where they were.
Quality and experience were cornerstones from the start but in 2007 iMethods gave a name and framework to help mature and scale for the future: delivering for every stakeholder, every time. iEngage became the foundation for how we Build, Deliver, Serve and Grow.
Inspired by the Blue Zones Power 9, iMethods launched iZone as an employee wellness program designed to help our people build healthier habits, prioritize whole-person well-being and live well, together.
After a year of virtual connection, the Healthcare Education Summit came back in a big way, returning to an in-person experience in Cleveland with University Hospitals. Healthcare IT leaders came together to learn, connect and celebrate, with an unforgettable evening inside the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. This event became the model for hosting in-person Summits across the country in the years that followed, from Oklahoma to New Orleans to Philadelphia. Each Summit embraced a one-of-a-kind experience, thoughtfully curated around the unique character, culture and authenticity of its host city.
iMethods challenged itself to take service to the next level with Radical Generosity, giving employees the resources and freedom to find personal, meaningful and unexpected ways to care for clients, consultants, one another and our community. Inspired by the Good Samaritan and service leaders like the Ritz-Carlton, our new Rad Genny program turned generosity into something we could all put into action.
The Connecting Healthcare IT Podcast launched, giving the industry a place to hear the conversations, ideas and people shaping healthcare IT.
iMethods moved into the Lake House, transforming a former credit union into a new home that carried forward the character, culture and nearly two decades of memories behind it. Full of meaningful spaces and fun around every corner (yes even a slide and two putt putt courses), the Lake House has it all.
What started in 2020 as a way to keep consultants connected had evolved into an annual adventure. In 2023, the Extravaganza re-launched and took consultants and partners on a virtual trip to Paris, blending learning, connection and fun with a little help from our very willing leadership cast. And this was only the beginning of where the Extravaganza would take us, from Paris to Australia and eventually even outer space.
Twenty years later, from downtown floods to the Lake House, so much had changed. One thing never did: the meaningful work and relationships at the heart of it all. To celebrate two decades, we surprised our co-founders with a carnival celebration, bringing the team together for a little nostalgia, a lot of fun and a well-deserved celebration of how far we’d come.
Founded out of an impromptu dinner of women IT leaders at our Oklahoma City Summit (2023), the Women’s Thought Leadership Group officially formed to create space for mentorship, professional growth and a stronger voice for women shaping the future of healthcare IT.
The Hire Purpose Foundation held its first benefit, bringing its mission into the spotlight and giving guests a glimpse of the impact still to come.
What began as a small gathering of CIOs grew into the Healthcare CIO Collab, a growing series of “meetings of the minds” across the country that brings healthcare leaders together in different states for candid conversations, shared perspectives and the ideas that move healthcare forward.
iMethods was named a Best Place to Work in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare for the seventh consecutive year, reinforcing something we’ve known all along: when you take care of your people, it shows.
iMethods earned Best in KLAS for HIT Staffing for the fourth time in seven years, while also being recognized as a 2025 Consistent High Performer. Four wins. One standard that never changed: delivering exceptional results for the people we serve.
More than a list of ideals, they’re the standards we hold ourselves to every day, inspiring us to lead with purpose, earn trust and continuously grow. Whether we’re partnering with clients, supporting consultants, investing in our team or giving back to the communities we serve across the country, our Core Values define not only what we do, but how we show up for others and the difference we hope to make together.”

Culture is easy to talk about and harder to prove. At iMethods, it shows up in the way people treat clients, consultants and one another. It shows up in the effort to match the right people to the right environment. It shows up in the care taken with relationships and the follow-through that continues after an engagement begins.
Meaningful work is not just internal language here. It is part of how iMethods works.
That is what makes the culture matter. Not because it sounds good, but because people experience it. And when the right people, relationships and values come together, this is what home feels like.
The Dream Program is an iMethods initiative that helps employees pursue their personal dreams and goals — not just their career ones. Through coaching, planning tools and one-on-one support, employees are encouraged to think beyond day-to-day work and take real steps toward the things that matter most to them personally.
It’s part of what makes iMethods a great place to work: when people feel supported in their whole lives, not just their jobs, they’re happier, more engaged and more invested in their team. The Dream Program reflects our belief that investing in our people means investing in who they are, not just what they do.
The Lakehouse, iMethods’ headquarters, was intentionally designed to bring our culture to life. Every space was created to encourage collaboration, creativity, connection and fun while giving our people an environment where they can do their best work and thrive.
From an indoor putt-putt course spanning both floors and an indoor slide to a calm-down room and outdoor terrace overlooking the lake, The Lakehouse is anything but an ordinary office. It’s a place to work, recharge, connect, and enjoy the people and culture that make iMethods feel like home.
iZone is iMethods’ company-wide wellness and well-being program, created to support our people in living healthier, more balanced and more connected lives. Inspired by the principles of Blue Zones, iZone brings intentional wellness practices into the workplace through opportunities that encourage movement, healthy choices, meaningful connection and personal well-being.
Through programming, resources, activities, and experiences, iZone makes wellness an integrated part of the iMethods culture. It’s our commitment to creating an environment where our people are supported not only in their careers, but in their overall well-being.
iExperience is iMethods’ team engagement program, created to celebrate our people, bring teams together, and make work more meaningful and fun. Through thoughtfully planned events and experiences, iExperience gives our people opportunities to step away from the day-to-day, connect with colleagues, build relationships and celebrate the hard work we accomplish together.
Whether gathering in person or connecting from afar, iExperience creates moments that foster camaraderie, strengthen our culture, and remind us that the people we work alongside are what make iMethods special. It’s our way of making space for connection, celebration and a little fun along the way.
iMoments is iMethods’ recognition program, created to celebrate the meaningful moments that make life and work special. From birthdays and personal milestones to accomplishments and everyday wins, iMoments ensures our people feel seen, valued and appreciated.
Through intentional recognition and thoughtful gestures, iMoments helps us celebrate one another and the moments that matter most. It’s our way of fostering a culture rooted in connection, support and appreciation, because sometimes the little things can make the biggest difference.
