iMethods is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst.  The role can be based in Jacksonville or Atlanta. The digital team is a small, hands-on group, focused on engineering the future of healthcare.  Staffed entirely within the health system’s marketing department, we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives on working in a culture that fosters innovation and empowers and challenges the team to make a real difference in our patient’s lives.

  • Work with content creation teams, front end developers, back end engineers and stakeholders to plan, analyze, design, develop, test and maintain enterprise-class websites and native mobile apps on the health system’s ASP.NET Core platform.
  • Follow Agile Methodology to organize the team’s day to day work and keep us focused on our strategic roadmap.
  • Analyze data, processes and workflows, making sure that business requirements drive design and align with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to dynamically create and maintain semantic pages using tags and JSON-LD.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to create and manage our search engine optimization and marketing plan.
  • Manage and analyze reporting
  • Coordinate data integration with Salesforce Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud projects

Applicant Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience, 5 years working in a web environment, including how to create traditional evergreen content, digital marketing campaigns and interactive transactional experiences. 
  • Understand how social media, search engine optimization/marketing and digital advertising can influence consumer choice, support marketing goals and building the brand.
  • Quick to learn and adopt new things
  • Great attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer insight skills and the ability to translate those insights into actionable business ideas, must have a passion for understanding the consumer mindset.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong influencer to core team and stakeholders.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
