iMethods is seeking a Senior Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer with experience in automating business and financial systems within hospital and healthcare settings. This is a full-time position that will be 50% onsite in Sarasota, FL.  Therefore applicants must live in or be open to relocating to the area. 


  • Responsible for developing and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts.
  • Providing technical support, maintenance, application configuration as a result in change of workflow related to the RPA process, quality improvement, user support, and implementation throughout the organization.
  • Responsible for all aspects of RPA including, discovery, solution design/scope, development, implementation and monitoring in production/support.
  • Responsible for providing analyst leadership and direction, as well as project management for small to medium sized RPA projects. Responsible for monitoring RPA scripts, improving performance of such scripts through programming changes or configuration on the virtual machines.
  • Providing a wide degree of creativity to support and create solutions..


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of equivalent relevant training and experience in the technical support component of IT.
  • Three (3) years of healthcare IT support experience.
  • Five (5) year of IT experience. 
  • Experience with programing in object-oriented or scripting languages.
  • Experience with RPA tools such as Eggplant or Automate; prior Eggplant certification highly preferred. 
  • Experience with troubleshooting processes and workflows. 
  • Proven project management experience. 
  • Broad knowledge and experience with healthcare information systems. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team skills. 
  • Proven ability to prioritize, resolve conflicts, and maintain issue lists. 


  • Broad implementation experience in systems analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, and integration of large enterprise wide application systems, systems and software, systems integration /interfacing, programming languages, Graphical User Interface concepts, database understanding, and data manipulation.
