iMethods is currently seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst for a healthcare client in Jacksonville Florida. 

Experience, Skills and Competencies

  • 3+ years business analyst experience in a Health care/Health provider setting
  • 1+ Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions

  • Good knowledge of the full SDLC

  • Essential – High level problem solving and analytical skills

  • Experience facilitating workshops and discussion sessions

  • Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining system processes and procedures

  • Experience in creating business cases for technology-related solutions ?Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls

  • Extensive experience in process mapping and specification documentation

  • Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment

  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new projects, business needs, and technologies

  • Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment

  • Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done

  • Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio

  •  Bachelor's Degree in MIS or equivalent

  • Self-motivated and should require minimal supervision

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Active listener with the ability to think strategically, solve problems and negotiate

  • Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders, at all levels across the business

  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders

  • Superior organisation skills including outstanding accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks, use initiative and be self-directed to meet deadlines
