iMethods is seeking a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer with experience in automating business and financial systems within hospital and healthcare settings. This is a full-time position that will be 50% onsite in Sarasota, FL.


  • Responsible for developing and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts.
  • Providing technical support, maintenance, application configuration as a result in change of workflow related to the RPA process, quality improvement, user support, and implementation throughout the organization.
  • Responsible for all aspects of RPA including, discovery, solution design/scope, development, implementation and monitoring in production/support.
  • Responsible for providing analyst leadership and direction, as well as project management for small to medium sized RPA projects. Responsible for monitoring RPA scripts, improving performance of such scripts through programming changes or configuration on the virtual machines.
  • Providing a wide degree of creativity to support and create solutions.


  • Education: Associate degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Business Administration, Nursing or appropriate clinical or business field. Relevant work experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis for required degree.
  • Two (2) years of health care IT support experience required
  • Three (3) Years of IT experience is required
  • Minimal project management experience


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of equivalent relevant training and experience in the technical support component of IT
  • Broad implementation experience in systems analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, and integration of large enterprise-wide application systems, systems and software, systems integration/interfacing, programming languages, Graphical User Interface concepts, database understanding, and data manipulation.
  • Prefer demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer-focused service to resolve and troubleshoot workflows and end user production automation issues.
  • Prefer proficiency with Robotic Process Automation tools such as Eggplant
  • Prefer familiarity with Microsoft Office and software packages
  • Programming in object-oriented or scripting languages preferred
