As a Sr. Epic Patient Access Analyst on the EPIC Revenue Cycle team, responsibilities will include:
Coordinates front end implementation, analysis and testing, maintenance and upgrades, application design, and debugging of complex workflows with multiple modules.
Utilize deep understanding of the technical components of all modules to maintain system integrity.
Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
Solves complex technical problems in own discipline.
Works independently with minimal guidance.
May lead small projects with limited scope/risks or workstreams within a broader project.
May also have accountability for on-going processes, programs, or activities.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Level at which a career may stabilize for many years or until retirement.
Participate in EPIC post implementation maintenance, and optimization.
Communicates with customers and operational leadership to help gain understanding, resolve problems, and make updates requested.
Facilitate meetings with customers to properly review changes or issues when needed.
Ability to present topics to leadership in a well-organized and clear manner.
Willingness to grow as an individual and help the team as well through training and collaboration.
Must have 5 years of experience and valid current Epic Certification.
