EHR Product Manager

The EHR Product Owner will work directly with customers to successfully implement an EHR integration between their health system and TherigySTM as well as other top product priorities from customers. The ideal candidate is one with a background in healthcare, an aptitude for healthcare analytics (medication prescription orders from EHR, capture rates, common files/formats) and a deep understanding of common EHRs, formats and feeds (HL7v2, FHIR).


  • Provide product recommendations, vision for Therigy’s Integration solutions by becoming deeply familiar with both The TherigySTM platform and existing EHR integration from a product and technical perspective
  • Document customer workflows, implement new EHR integrations and continually refine overall strategy and playbooks with information gleaned
  • Collaborate with Product manager, IT to create strategies to reduce the amount of time it takes to implement EHR and other, Therigy integration solutions for customers
  • Develop KPIs, refine competitive analysis and complete value/effort estimates for current and next-generation Therigy products
  • Document epics, user stories and acceptance criteria to drive product creation and enhancements
  • Ability to balance priorities, work with product leadership to effectively navigate and communicate broadly necessary changes in priorities
  • Plan Agile Sprint cycles with Product Manager, to include all tasks required to deploy products on time and within budget
  • Provide go to market updates so each department/stakeholder is clear on current in-progress EHR integrations, pipeline and blockers
  • Communicate to Scrum Master, Instructional Developer, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service as needed throughout the evolution of the product


  • High School diploma with significant related experience and education, Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Healthcare and/or Specialty Pharmacy Integration experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, IT, SaaS product strategy with a strong emphasis on the customer and the customer experience
  • Ability to create mock-ups or workflow simulations to visually explain new features for broader consideration
  • Strong project management methodologies but experience in an Agile environment a plus
  • Confident, articulate, with excellent critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional presentation, communication (written and verbal), and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language
