A Day In The Life
Internal Recruiter
If you’re an individual who enjoys puzzles, and finds satisfaction in putting that final piece into place, then you might excel as an Internal Recruiter at iMethods. By using your innate competitive nature, not only will you find joy in becoming a valued member of something bigger than yourself, but also in the fact that you will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of our culture and our teams.
What does the Day-to-Day look like?
The Internal Recruiter will play a key role in helping us achieve our national expansion goals. Using your creative thinking, problem-solving skills and approach to excellence, you will be responsible for identifying memorable talent from a wide range of candidates looking to join our team. You will also be given the opportunity to build relationships through numerous communication channels, allowing you to convey why iMethods is a great place to work.
While other organizations may boast that “our people are our greatest asset,” iMethods takes it one step further. We also put tremendous focus on being an asset to our employees, helping them achieve their personal and professional goals, and helping them make a positive impact on the consultants and candidates they serve.
Additionally, we promote healthy lifestyles and work-life balance as part of our culture. Our office space is equipped with an on-site gym, a kitchen stocked with healthy snacks and access to a Wellness Director for tips and tricks to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We also understand that small breaks throughout the day are key to long-term employee energy and success, so we offer our teams a chance to play a few holes at our in-office putt-putt course or shoot some hoops on our two mini basketball goals.

How Internal Recruiters impact the business . . .
As an Internal Recruiter at iMethods, you’ll work alongside our Vice President of People Development and other internal stakeholders to identify individuals that share a competitive drive, creative spirit and servant’s heart. Our culture is truly first-class and we’re looking for a professional to help our team continue to grow. With our people-first approach, we believe in helping people find opportunities that provide them with meaningful work, not just a seat on the bus. We want to help them find the right seat on the bus.
