Content Marketing Manager

iMethods is hiring for a Content Marketing Manager to help us bring our corporate, product, and customer stories to life. We are looking for an individual who has proven experience creating impactful and robust written content and is looking to be a core part of the team, defining and building an industry-leading brand.  As the Content Marketing Manageryou will work very closely with other marketing team members to write, edit, and proof external-facing content, internal messaging, and training content to ensure brand consistency and adherence to tone and voice. You need to be a self-starter who can research any topic, uncover relevant and compelling insights, and create impactful content and establish thought leadership. You must communicate to ensure all projects are reviewed and approved, on schedule, and deadlines are met. This role is full time and reports to the VP of Marketing.

Key Duties & Responsibilities of the Lead Healthcare IT Recruiter:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all digital and social media channels
  • Asset creation: develop copy to be used in our collateral, website, and social media platforms (coordinate with the design team to generate images and videos where needed)
  • Support rollout of podcast series (work with the marketing team to identify timely/relevant topics, coach participants, facilitate recordings, schedule placement on digital/social platforms, and drive engagement)
  • Build an editorial calendar and content plans to include the scheduling of article links, graphics, teasers, any requested content, etc.
  • Measure the impact of initiatives using Google Analytics and other tracking methodologies to ensure programs meet target success metrics


  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, writing, English or related fields
  • 3+ years of proven history creating different types of content (written and video) (samples will be required)
  • Strong research, writing, and editing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • A solid understanding of user stories and concise, funnel-based storytelling
  • Superior project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong critical and creative-thinking skills
  • Working knowledge and familiarity with analytical concepts and their use in optimizing content strategies
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience using analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and a deep understanding of SEO
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word / Excel / PowerPoint Familiarity with CRM platforms, CMS (WordPress), social platforms, SEO, and PPC preferred
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new digital technologies and social media best practices
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Broadcast/production experience preferred

Position Type:

  • This position is a full-time, exempt position
  • Minimal travel is required
  • The position has no supervisory responsibilities
