Will Rankin joined the iMethods family as a recruiter after graduating from Appalachian State University (Go ‘Neers!) with a B.S. in Healthcare Management. As a student, Will was recruited as a consultant by iMethods to assist with a go-live project for a client in Northwest North Carolina and was impressed by the company and the value they placed on their consultants and clients they work with, inspiring him to shift gears his senior year and focus on a career in healthcare recruiting and consulting.
Will Rankin has a passion for creating meaningful relationships with everyone he has the pleasure of connecting with and strives to make an impact in the Healthcare IT space by taking those connections and placing them in the right job at the right time. His experience on the consulting side of the HIT recruiting process has given him valuable insights into practices that will ensure the best possible outcomes.
When he’s not busy placing candidates in the perfect role you can find him swimming laps in the pool, travelling to new destinations, or hiking and camping in the Appalachian mountains. Although he now calls Jacksonville home, his heart remains in the mountains and dreams of one day owning property in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina or Virginia and building a second home to retreat to with his family and friends.
