As a Quality and Experience Associate, Shaniya ensures and enhances quality experiences with our clients and consultants. This entails supporting the iEngage model, helping the delivery and sales team with “Rad Genny” efforts, personal touches, birthday recognitions and supporting the coordination and execution of virtual consultant and client events. Shaniya is passionate about supporting others and is motivated to contribute to the team in the best way possible.
After earning an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Austin Peay State University, she then proceeded to Tennessee State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration. She aspires to receive a Master of Business Administration in the near future.
Outside of work, Shaniya finds joy in exploring psychological thrillers and cherishing moments with her loved ones, including her furry companion. Shaniya’s love for shopping is an art, meticulously curating her collection, without crossing into shopaholic territory of course! With an eagle eye for deals, she thrives on the hunt for bargains.
When Shaniya isn’t indulging in retail therapy, you’ll find her whipping up some magic, crafting organic lip care goodies. It’s her way of diving into the world of natural beauty and wellness. With a mix of fun vibes and a touch of professionalism, Shaniya adds a splash of unique and vibrant energy to everything she dives into, be it work or play!
