As iMethods’ Director of Marketing, Lauren is responsible for overseeing the execution of key marketing strategies for the organization. She oversees multiple marketing functions, including event engagement, brand awareness, market research, creative design, campaign development, and sales enablement. She loves creating project plans and watching a project transform from initial thought to a great impact. Workplace culture is extremely important to her, so she feels incredibly blessed to have found a place like iMethods that equally aligns with her goals and values!
Prior to joining the iMethods family, Lauren helped launch a new marketing agency as an extension of a well-known staffing firm in Jacksonville Beach. During her time there, she strategized clients’ recruitment marketing strategies and executed website design, content creation, email campaigns, social media, digital advertising, SEO optimization, business analytics, job board proliferation, process improvement, and more. As Lauren likes to say, she knows “a little bit about a lot” in the marketing and business operations fields, which she’s incredibly thankful for!
Lauren graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s in Marketing. When she’s out of the office, you can find her riding her beach cruiser, taking her mini dachshund (Maple) to Brewhound, attending her favorite spin class, or visiting family in South Florida. And in the fall, you can catch her cheering on her favorite college football team – the Noles (shocker)! And as always, GO NOLES!!
