As a Healthcare IT Recruiter, Addi knows the importance of finding the right fit for both candidates and clients. Addi loves to partner with candidates and build relationships that extend beyond just the interview process, acting as a career coach, learning from their expertise, and elevating the candidate experience in any way that she can!
Before joining iMethods, Addi received her bachelor’s in biology from Covenant College on Lookout Mountain, GA. After a few changes of plans, she found herself in the business world and has been enjoying recruiting in a variety of fields from finance to administration to now, Healthcare IT.
Outside of work, Addi is most likely outside, be it gardening, running, or just enjoying a picnic with her family. She also has a passion for making, and more importantly, eating, deliciously baked bread, ideally with some Nutella slathered on.
