Marketing Director

The Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing the execution of key marketing strategies for the organization. Responsibilities will include oversight of multiple marketing functions, including (but not limited to) event engagement, brand awareness, market research, creative design, and campaign development. The Marketing Director will help to build iMethods’ annual marketing plan and measure the return on investment of various tactics. This full-time, salary-exempt role reports to the Vice President of Marketing. This position is local to Jacksonville, FL, or remote if not local to Jacksonville.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement the organization’s promotional activities
  • Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches
  • Drive initiatives related to event participation/presence
  • Provide tactical support to the sales team for lead generation, outreach, and onboarding activities
  • Provide tactical support to the delivery team to identify new consultants and retain current resources
  • Support the development of and execution of the annual marketing plan
  • Perform market research to identify trends and emerging solutions
  • Gain knowledge of competitors’ marketing initiatives
  • Lead and oversee key functions of the marketing department

Required Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and long-range planning required
  • Successful track record in creating marketing campaigns
  • Management experience required
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, social media marketing and research required
  • Healthcare and/or staffing industry experience preferred
