Creative Brand Manager

Preferred Location: Jacksonville, Florida

The iMethods Creative Brand Manager will be a visionary and protector of the brand, leading creative initiatives that differentiate and support our relational engagement model. While primarily leading graphic design initiatives, the Creative Brand Manager will be skilled and have solid experience in photography, event planning, internal and client-facing presentations, client gifts and apparel and oversight of iMethods’ social and digital presence. The Creative Brand Manager will bring to life creative concepts and ideas by leading brand strategy and development across a variety of channels. This full-time role is located in the iMethods corporate office in Jacksonville, FL, and reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create internal and external marketing materials designed for print, digital channels, events and various other packaging
  • Provide creative direction to uphold our brand identity, market position, social presence and website design
  • Work cross-functionally to support the marketing needs of our Sales Team, Recruiting Team and Operations Team
  • Manage vendor relationships and communications for print collateral, web design and development, event planning and promotional gifts
  • Oversee the aesthetics and messaging for customer happiness initiatives that include a gifting touchpoint program for clients and consultants
  • Work in tandem with the Marketing Team to help create our social media vision, strategy and campaigns
  • Protect the integrity of the iMethods brand, mission, culture and core values

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Expert within the Adobe Creative suite with emphasis on Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Adept at using Canva, Squarespace, WordPress and video editing tools like Davinci Resolve
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational skills, natural multi-tasker, detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an aligned team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Authentic and natural people person, maintaining open communication with employees, contractors and business leaders at all levels
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written
  • Customer focused attitude coupled with the capacity to work and think in a fast-paced environment

Required Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • At least 3 years of progressive marketing experience
